Are you a passionate and dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills? Do you have the skills to provide development support to others, so they can overcome barriers and improve their lives?

Working in close partnership with Haringey Council and other key stakeholders, the post holder is required to engage and support marginalised Haringey residents from the Somali community to develop, in supportive environments, the knowledge and skills they need to live happy, safe and fulfilling lives. The post holder will also facilitate effective integration by identifying and addressing barriers and fostering meaningful engagement between the Somali community and other communities in Haringey to improve community cohesion.
