We provide free sports activities and fitness classes for people of all ages. 

More popular amongst young people, we offer multi-sports, coaching sessions, boxing, women’s only selfdefence and general circuit classes.

We also deliver a variety of low impact classes for older people, parents & their children, such as beginners’ yoga, social dancing, chair-based fitness and beginners Pilates.

As a result of this low impact approach we saw individuals with long term conditions such as dementia, depressions, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, high blood pressure and Parkinson’s attend some of our sessions and classes.  Additionally, participants were given advice and literature on how gentle or moderate physical activity could be used to manage long term health conditions.
