The Bridge Renewal Trust is seeking an experienced consultant/company with good track record to conduct an evaluation on the Community Impact Haringey service. The principal aim of the evaluation is to provide a clear, concise and convincing explanation of how the Service has had an  impact on its main beneficiaries: the VCS, Haringey Council, stakeholders and the Haringey public in general. The above aim and objective will be demonstrated by using existing data from the Bridge and its partners and generating new data where required.
The successful bidder will be required to work with the recipients of the Community Impact Haringey service over the last 4 years, including the VCS organisations and groups, public sector organisations and individuals to evaluate different impact of the service.

Listed below are the areas to be evaluated in order of priority:
•    Impact evaluation: measure the impact of the service on the VCS and wider community, whether it has achieved what it set out to achieve and sustainability.
•    Measuring qualitative outcomes from service beneficiaries that might seem otherwise hard to capture in a quantitative format.
•    Outcomes evaluations - measure what the project or service has achieved for the service beneficiaries and the key stakeholders.
•    Process evaluations: assessment of operational programmes and services delivered, looking at scope, set up, management and governance.
•    Monitoring procedures – effectiveness of the monitoring procedures
The provider is required to assess the experiences of VCS, the support provided to them by the service, key successes, problems encountered and how they were resolved and highlight learning.

This is a single stage tendering process.
