The Haringey Wellbeing Network is a service led by Mind in Haringey and is a collaborative collective of four charities: Mind in Haringey, Bridge RenewalTrust, Tempo & Keyring, working together to improve the wellbeing of the community in Haringey. We want to develop services with and for the community, in and around the borough.

The Haringey Wellbeing Network would like to set up a new wellbeing services for young people aged 16-18 and 18-25 years of age.

We would like to consult with you and find out more about:

What kind of activity or services you would like?
• What would help to improve your wellbeing in your opinion?
• What do you find interesting? What would you attend?

This survey is conducted anonymously, and the information given will be used to design a service / activity within the Haringey Wellbeing Network.
