We are Haringey Council’s Strategic Partner for the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS). We work with the sector to ensure it is stronger, able to attract more external funding and deliver better services.

Resources to support your funding applications

The majority of funding applications will require applicants to detail the need for their project or service in the area in which they hope to operate. To help you do this, there are three resources below which set out key information about Haringey and its residents which can be used to help support bids for external funding:

Safeguarding policies and procedures

The Green Book - Policy & Procedures for Voluntary, Community, Faith and Private Organisations

Organisations that do not currently have their own policies and procedures can use this document to create their own or can adopt this Green Book as their policy and procedures. By adopting these procedures, your organisation agrees to be committed to implementing these procedures so that everyone understands and accepts their responsibilities to safeguard children from harm and abuse. Click here for more information about The Green Book
