GLF is a charity founded in 2012 to commemorate the life of Godwin Lawson who was stabbed to death in the street. He was trying to prevent old school friends from being attacked, he was just 17. Following his tragic death, his parents became determined that Godwin’s legacy should be something to help keep young people safe, and prevent other families having to go through the pain and loss they had suffered.

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to collect public donations to fund the work we are doing with young people by participating in bucket collections at train stations and Wood Green shopping mall.
