Programme Co-ordinator – EU Settled Status

 

Salary:                          £32,000 – £35,000 pa + 6% pension

Do you have experience of managing, supporting and developing a team within a front-line service setting? Do you have a demonstrable track record of delivering successful awareness raising campaigns and public events?

The Bridge Renewal Trust has secured funding from the Home office to support Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations to deliver practical support to vulnerable or at-risk EU Citizens and their family members to help them make their European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS) application.We are currently recruiting a Programme Co-ordinator to ensure a flexible engagement and a casework approach delivered by a range of community organisations working with vulnerable or at-risk EU citizens and their family members. This includes building and developing an effective Triage process involving a range of community organisations.

We are looking for someone who is: able to support VCS organisations to meet agreed targets; a skilled leader and able to manage relationships and motivate others; has knowledge of the statutory and policy framework surrounding migrants and immigration policies; knowledge of needs of migrants; and conversant with a wide range of communications tools to engage all stakeholders.

Do you have experience of planning, organising and running training events and/or workshops? Do you have a nationally recognised qualification in immigration advice (OISC Level 1-3) or equivalent?

The Bridge Renewal Trust has secured funding from the Home office to support Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations to deliver practical support to vulnerable or at-risk EU Citizens and their family members to help them make their European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS) application.We are currently recruiting a Trainer to deliver an effective programme of training and workshops to Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations and residents to facilitate delivery of practical support to vulnerable or at-risk EU citizens and their family members required to make EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) applications.

Are you a strategic thinker with the people skills to lead a talented board of experts and support the Chief Executive to lead a dynamic and growing organisation? 

This year the Bridge Renewal Trust is celebrating its 10th year of working with local communities to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in Haringey.

We are a unique and ambitious charity, committed to growing as social business. This is to ensure our legacy from the New Deal for Community programme (2001-2010) has a sustained impact supporting people to flourish. 

We are looking for new people to join our effective and friendly board to build from success and steer the charity forward.

Our founding Chair, who has successfully led the organisation since inception, will be leaving the Board.   We now need to ensure that we are ready and well positioned to build on the great successes of the last 10 years – dealing with changing opportunities and challenges.

You will need knowledge of good governance, a commitment to flourishing, healthy and stronger communities and the skill to build effective relationships with all our key stakeholders.

Do you have the passionand commitment to be part of the team leading the Bridge on its journey to improve the health and wellbeing of local people and communities?

This year the Bridge Renewal Trust is celebrating its 10th year of working with local communities to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in Haringey.

We are a unique and ambitious charity, committed to growing as social business. This is to ensure our legacy from the New Deal for Community programme (2001-2010) has a sustained impact supporting people to flourish. 

We are looking for new people to join our effective and friendly board to build from success and steer the charity forward.

We are particularly seeking Trustees with expertise in one or more of the following:

  • Law – general
  • Law – charity, property, contracts
  • Corporate social responsibility
  • Social policy and impact

You will need to be able to attend quarterly Board meetings, an annual business planning meeting, AGM, community events and any elective sub-committee meetings. Trustee roles are voluntary. We pay expenses in line with our volunteer policy.
