Haringey Food Network

This network is made up of community organisations that offer food-related services as part of their overall offer to residents such as food aid, food growing, food education, schools, local businesses. The network engages with partners and stakeholders such as Haringey Council, Citizen’s Advice Haringey, GLA, Sustain, Haringey Community Food Network (HCFN). These organisations come together to support each other, identify upcoming challenges and share knowledge, news and ideas with the ongoing mission to tackle food injustice.

There are a wide range of opportunities to get involved with organisations in Haringey that offer a food service to their communities. The roles are varied as food is often only one element of what they do; food is what connects us. Groups can often be flexible with their volunteer roles so do get in touch with them directly to ask.

Haringey Community Food Network has a website www.hcfn.org.uk where you can find out more about their member groups and how to join their efforts to tackle food injustice.

If you’d like to advertise your volunteering opportunities please get in touch [email protected] and if you have any paid roles please email [email protected]
