Tottenham Talking is a community based mental health project run in partnership between the Bridge Renewal Trust and Barnet Enfield Haringey Mental Health Trust.

We are aware that productivity contributes to a sense of mental wellbeing and encourage people to remain active in ways that occupy them and stimulate their interests.

We recognise and appreciate that the benefits we promote though this programme contribute to sustaining people’s wellbeing and believe everybody has the right to lead fulfilling lives as part of their community. We understand the wide-reaching benefits for our service users as well as the wider community.
