Tottenham Talking is a great space to make friends, improve your wellbeing, mingle with other peers in the local community, and maybe even pick up a new hobby.

Why join Tottenham Talking?

These activities are led by peers with lived experience of mental health distress and are here to support you to express yourself, improve and sustain your wellbeing.

Our team is passionate about the work we do and want to share their skills with you. We are committed to building an environment led by:

  • Respect
  • Encouragement
  • Compassion
  • Empathy
  • Patience

We are now also offering 1:1 slots for those who wish to have a chance to speak to one of our staff members individually where we can offer support, guidance and a listening ear.
