We're thrilled that over 350 people joined us throughout the day to celebrate our vibrant Voluntary and Community Sector. This year the event took place on Thursday 1st of December, at the Tottenham Green Pools & Fitness.

Throughout the day, attendees were able to discover incredible projects and organisations changing the lives of Haringey residents from the 70 stalls run by local community groups. This was also a great networking opportunity, in which colleagues were able to connect and promote their work.

At our panel discussion, we heard from our panellists working on the frontline to support residents through the cost-of-living crisis. The public asked questions and helped to identify key issues, as well as engaged in important conversations on how to help each other.

As ever, our Community Impact Awards Ceremony was the highlight of the event! Each year, we come together to recognise inspiring people, projects and initiatives from our communities, and announce our fantastic winners. At the ceremony, the public voted for the winner of the “Outstanding Community Organisation” award, and Markfield Project won!
