Home Cooked is a violence reduction programme funded by the Mayor’s London Violence Reduction Unit.
This is a partnership project to help tackle serious youth violence building on the successful delivery in the Tottenham Hale ward, we are now delivering the programme in Northumberland Park. We provide a range of initiatives for young people and their families such as sport provision, employment support, a future leaders programme and mental health support.

Open Door provides therapeutic mental health support for young people aged 12–24. Their services range from short-term sessions to longer-term psychotherapy, tailored to the individual needs of each young person. Alongside direct support for young people, Open Door also works closely with parents and carers, helping to improve communication, and build confidence in supporting young people’s emotional wellbeing.

 Open Door provides tailored therapeutic support for young people, offering everything from short-term sessions to longer-term psychotherapy. Young people work with their therapist to decide what type of support best meets their needs. Through this approach, Open Door aims to improve mental health and emotional wellbeing, while also building trust, strengthening relationships. 

Supporting parents and strengthening family connection 

Provides dedicated support for parents and carers, aimed at improving communication and fostering stronger relationships with young people. This support also focuses on increasing parental confidence, equipping carers with the skills they need to effectively support their child’s mental health and wellbeing
